Data Processing Addendum

1. Roles

You are the controller (or a processor instructing us) for personal data in your workspace and connected websites. AutoRank acts as a processor for that data when providing Autopilot features. For account and billing data about you as our customer, AutoRank acts as an independent controller as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Processing details

Subject matter: operating AutoRank Autopilot for research, drafting, scheduling, and CMS publishing.

Duration: for the term of your account plus limited retention needed for backups, disputes, or legal duties.

Nature: storage, transmission, analysis, generation, and publishing under your configuration.

Types of data: may include names, emails, and other personal data present in site content or knowledge you supply.

Data subjects: your team users and individuals whose data appears on connected sites.

3. Our obligations

We will process personal data only on documented instructions (your use of the product and these Terms), implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, ensure confidentiality of personnel, and assist with reasonable data-subject and security requests.

4. Subprocessors

We use infrastructure and AI/email/payment subprocessors listed in the Privacy Policy. We remain responsible for their performance under this DPA.

5. International transfers

Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms offered by those providers.

6. Deletion and return

On account deletion, we delete or anonymize personal data in active systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or needed to resolve disputes.
