Terms of Service

1. The service

AutoRank provides software tools that research SEO/GEO opportunities, draft content, connect to CMS platforms, and optionally publish or schedule posts. Features vary by plan and may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Email verification may be required before full access. We may suspend accounts that are abusive, unpaid, or compromised.

3. Connected websites and publishing

When you connect a CMS, you authorize AutoRank to access and act on that site within the permissions you grant (for example reading content and creating posts). You represent that you own or control the website and have authority to grant that access.

You are solely responsible for content published to your sites, including accuracy, copyright, disclosure, and compliance with advertising or platform rules. Review mode vs Autopilot is a convenience setting — you remain the publisher of record.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse AutoRank.

• No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing content.
• No scraping, attacking, or overloading our APIs beyond documented limits.
• No attempting to bypass plan quotas, billing, or security controls.
• No uploading malware or attempting to access other customers’ data.
• No using AutoRank to spam search engines or violate CMS/provider terms.

5. Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans, add-ons (such as extra sites), and renewals are described on the Pricing page and in-app billing screens. Fees are charged through our payment processor when billing is enabled. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts.

We may change prices with notice for upcoming renewal periods. Failure to pay may result in downgrade or suspension.

6. Intellectual property

AutoRank and its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business.

As between you and AutoRank, you retain ownership of your website content and materials you upload. You grant us a license to process that material solely to provide the service. Drafts generated for you may be used by you commercially on your connected properties.

7. Third-party services

The product depends on third parties (CMS platforms, AI providers, email, hosting, payments). Their outages or policy changes can affect Autopilot. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RANKINGS, TRAFFIC, REVENUE, OR INDEXING OUTCOMES. AI OUTPUT MAY BE INACCURATE OR INCOMPLETE — YOU MUST REVIEW BEFORE PUBLISHING WHEN QUALITY OR COMPLIANCE MATTERS.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORANK AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, TRAFFIC, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using AutoRank and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or risk to the platform. Upon termination, your license ends; sections that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) continue.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
